Job Description

As an Applied Scientist in the Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program in Cambridge, you will research, develop, and implement AI solutions for application projects across Microsoft’s products and services. You will select and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to large-scale datasets, ensuring robust and effective outcomes. This role involves staying current with the latest research, preparing data for analysis, and reviewing ETL code while providing feedback on data integrity. You will also communicate your findings and share knowledge with customers, managers, and key decision-makers, playing a critical role in advancing AI capabilities within Microsoft.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or pursuing)
• Experience in Python/R/Scala
• Background in machine learning/statistics
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Available to start full-time in July 2025.
