Summer 2025: CAD Designer Intern

Job Description

As a CAD Designer Intern, you will generate 3D models for various components, including injection-molded and die-cast parts. You will create 3D assembly fitments, order and assemble rapid prototype models, and troubleshoot any fitment issues that arise. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to present your work to project teams, playing a key role in the product development process.

Requirements

• Working towards an associate degree in Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• Self-motivated
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D models
• Assemble and troubleshoot prototypes
• Present and adjust work based on feedback
• Perform component teardown and fitment troubleshooting.
