Mechanical Design Engineer, Tesla Bot

Job Description

The Tesla Robotics Team designs humanoid robots (Tesla Bot) to perform tasks that are boring, repetitive, and dangerous. We seek talented Mechanical Design Engineers to help build this vision. Responsibilities include designing joints and structures, performing load calculations, integrating sensors, and optimizing designs through simulations and prototypes, collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines, and managing suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (CATIA preferred)
• Experience in drafting engineering drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
