Software Engineer, ML Compiler, Dojo

Job Description

As a member of the Dojo compiler team, you will automate the compilation of PyTorch-derived neural network graphs into programs that run on Tesla's custom FSD computer. You will take ownership of various areas of the compiler, develop performance-improving algorithms, debug issues, and collaborate with hardware and software teams for efficient training transitions from GPU to Dojo.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in compiler development
• Proficiency in C++ and assembly code.

Responsibilities

• Own areas of the compiler
• Develop algorithms to improve performance
• Debug functional and performance issues
• Collaborate with Dojo HW team and Autopilot SW team to ensure smooth transitions.
