Job Description

As a Service Engineering Co-Op, you will act as a technical liaison between Cummins field service and engineering teams, working to resolve product issues. This role supports product problem-solving and serviceability improvement efforts, ensuring effective communication and technical solutions across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Experience in service engineering, product failure mode avoidance, and technical service information
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Supports product issue resolution
• Collaborates with field service teams and engineering teams
• Investigates product failures and resolves service issues
• Prepares service channels for new products
