Job Description

As a Software Engineering Intern at Apple, you'll join a team of highly skilled software engineers responsible for driving some of the industry's most significant breakthroughs, including macOS, Siri, Apple Maps, iOS, and iCloud. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various areas such as Backend Development, Core OS, UX/UI, iOS and Web Development, Information Systems & Technology (IS&T), and Information Security. Your work will encompass both UI-level and lower-level implementation details, allowing you to gain invaluable experience while helping to shape the future of Apple's software products.

Requirements

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Design, or related fields.
• Strong object-oriented design skills, coupled with deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in one or more developer skills: Java, C/C++, PHP, Python, Ruby, Unix, MySQL, Clojure, Scala, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, Swift.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend features, build UX/UI experiences, create web-based and iOS tools, and work on Information Security tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine Apple’s software products.
• Apply sophisticated methodologies like Data Modeling, Validation, Processing, and work with distributed technologies.
