Civil Engineering Intern

Job Description

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. As a Civil Engineering Intern, you will support flood control infrastructure projects involving demolition, rehabilitation, and new construction of levees, floodwalls, and more. You will gain technical proficiency in civil design tools such as Bentley® OpenRoads Designer or AutoDesk® Civil 3D.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support licensed engineers in preparing engineering reports, design calculations, and contract specifications for heavy civil infrastructure projects such as levees and drainage systems. Develop civil design tools proficiency, work with CAD platforms, and support the production of engineering drawings.
