Job Description

As a Timing Methodology Engineer for Custom Circuits, you will focus on developing timing sign-off flows, constraints, and quality of results (QOR) metrics essential for validating custom circuit designs. Your role will involve performing detailed timing analysis using SPICE simulations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of circuit performance. Additionally, you will generate QOR data related to IR drop, process-voltage-temperature (PVT) variations, and wire variation models, contributing to the optimization of circuit designs and the overall efficiency of the engineering process. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in critical aspects of circuit design and validation within a dynamic engineering environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recent completion of MS or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Understanding of circuit design and spice simulations
• Experience with CMOS technologies and design with FinFET technology
• Experience coding with TCL, Python, and hands-on experience with NanoTime.
