Job Description

As an ASIC Design Engineer, you will focus on designing on-chip interconnect networks and caches for CPU architectures. Your role will involve defining micro-architectural specifications, writing RTL code, and debugging logic to ensure functionality. You will also support verification processes and contribute to the implementation of designs, assisting with synthesis and timing closure to meet performance targets. Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience with high-performance semiconductor designs
• Proficiency in Verilog and ASIC design flow
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and cache coherency.

Responsibilities

• Own specific units of the chip design
• Write high-performance RTL code
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure correctness
• Assist with timing, area, and power goals
• Work on timing closure of super units.
