Associate - Operations

Job Description

As an Associate in Operations, you will work on multiple projects across various industries, providing expertise on operational strategies. You will be involved in hands-on implementation and offer recommendations to solve critical client problems. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations-related fields (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, capital excellence)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Blend strategic thinking with hands-on experiences to advise on operational strategies
• Provide clients with tools and techniques for identifying improvements and achieving business objectives
• Work directly with clients and manage multiple projects to implement solutions that drive performance improvements.
