Associate - Procurement

Job Description

In this role, you will work with clients to transform their organizations through product portfolio, innovation and design, product optimization, and supplier collaboration. You will drive process improvements and implement strategies for product and cost transformations, working closely with clients to achieve sustainable results.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry environment with knowledge of the full value chain (purchasing, product development, etc.)
• Expertise in industries such as consumer packaged goods, high-tech, healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to develop tailor-made solutions and ensure successful client engagements
• Analyze business performance and recommend strategies for product optimization, category management, and procurement processes
• Collaborate with global consultants to shape McKinsey’s thinking in procurement strategies.
