Summer 2025: Continuous Improvement Intern

Job Description

As a Summer 2025 Continuous Improvement Intern, you will support continuous improvement (CI) efforts through data analytics and the development of CI tools. You will facilitate kaizen events, ensuring that improvements at manufacturing facilities are effectively integrated. Additionally, you will manage communication with operations teams and maintain SharePoint content, contributing to streamlined processes and enhanced operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering preferred
• Mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain & operations management considered
• Strong technical discipline and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CI team by co-facilitating kaizen events
• Develop training content and tools for CI team
• Manage multiple projects and ensure improvements are integrated.
