Job Description

As a Program Manager Intern, you will partner with program managers and recruiting stakeholders to develop and implement a talent exchange growth strategy. You will support the creation of a military spouse fellowship program, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will collect and analyze relevant data to inform decisions and take appropriate actions that drive program success. Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects.
• Experience in program management or leading initiatives.
