Entry-Level Structural Engineer

Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join its Transportation Structures Department in Pittsburgh, focusing on bridge and tunnel projects. This role provides an excellent foundation for recent graduates to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Experience with AutoCAD, MathCAD, or modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering designs, calculations, and diagrams under supervision
• Collect and analyze data
• Use software for basic engineering problem-solving
• Perform inspections and create technical reports
• Work within budget and schedule guidelines
• Support senior engineers on bridge and tunnel projects.
