Join BCG X’s engineering team to develop next-generation AI solutions, partnering with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy innovative AI-powered tools. The role focuses on end-to-end development within the analytics value chain, providing hands-on experience in advanced AI solutions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a full-time Master's or PhD, graduating between Dec 2025 - Aug 2026
Knowledge in Python
Interest in AI, software development, and data analytics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Intellectual curiosity across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software following best practices
Collaborate with clients to implement new features
Optimize computational efficiency
Guide non-technical teams in robust software development practices
Deliver thought leadership in AI, including papers and conference representation.
