Advanced Quality Engineer

Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering services for cross-functional project teams, focusing on New Product Development, Product Support, and Value Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience in Advanced Quality, Quality Engineering and/or Reliability Engineering preferred
• Extremely critical thinker with the ability to evaluate and identify risks in the early product development cycle
• Relevant experience with statistical tools such as MiniTab and ReliaSoft

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct quality activities of project teams to meet Project Quality Objectives and goals
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications
• Develop and execute test procedures, lead Risk Assessments, perform failure analysis, and recommend solutions
• Coordinate quality planning activities and ensure operational readiness of new product launches
• Provide technical guidance to the supplier quality team
