Process Engineer

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support for manufacturing operations in Kansas City, focusing on equipment optimization and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
• 3 or more years' experience in engineering and project management
• Strong business and technical skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment and process-related issues
• Maintain knowledge of equipment capabilities, operating limits, and safety protocols
• Support process qualification, maintenance strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment issues
• Provide technical leadership on capital projects and manage cross-functional collaboration
