Technical Manufacturing Scientist

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Technical Manufacturing Scientist to drive process improvement, troubleshooting, and capability/control initiatives in the animal health industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Veterinary Sciences, or related field
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage projects within an agreed time schedule
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize strategies to reduce negative impacts on production efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis investigations for critical process deviations
• Provide technical liaison and support to Quality Control, Analytical Science and Technology, and R&D teams
• Develop and implement strategies to improve existing manufacturing processes
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management System and regulatory regulations
