Capital Project Manager – Engineering

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Capital Project Manager for their monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility in Elwood, KS, responsible for executing strategic capital plans and overseeing expansion projects and facility upgrades.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or adjacent field; Chemical or Mechanical disciplines preferred
• 2+ years' previous experience in an engineering role supporting manufacturing operations or equipment installation in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to deliver capital projects on-time, within budget, and with desired deliverables

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and developing capital projects, timelines, and budgets
• Provide Engineering support in development of project specifications
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and validation of equipment
• Ensure projects are completed within desired timelines and requirements
