Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering

Job Description

The Senior Manager of Hardware Engineering in NVIDIA's Silicon Solutions Group will lead the productization functions for GPU, CPU, and SOC products, overseeing memory qualification, technical program managers, and global FARM lab infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 15+ years of proven experience in Silicon bring-up and productization
• 6-8+ years as a direct people manager
• Background in memory qualification, preferably LPDDR/DDR, system-level testing, and lab bring-up
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and productively, meeting demanding schedules
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Clearly defined leadership philosophy
• Experience in leading teams in complex environments
• Proven track record of building and leading exceptional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead productization functions for GPU, CPU, and SOC products
• Drive memory productization through silicon characterization and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage global FARM lab infrastructure for system-level productization
• Lead TPMs for logistics and resource allocation
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel
• Implement corporate methods, procedures, and project solutions
• Encourage and empower teams to meet key objectives
