Senior System Level Testability Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a System Level Product Engineer to develop test specs for the manufacturing line and work closely with various hardware engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong EE fundamentals with knowledge in digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture
• Strong data analysis skills
• Hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up and lab debug
• Good understanding of firmware/driver structures and their interaction with HW
• Problem-solving, debugging, analysis, and logical reasoning skills
• Experience with Python, BASH, Linux

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hardware engineering teams to determine test specs for manufacturing line
• Define requirements to software and board teams to support/improve test infrastructure
• Enhance testability scope and coverage for manufacturing testing
• Prototype and fine-tune speed, power, performance, yield, and quality on pre-production silicon
• Develop and maintain system-level testing flows
• Support customer facing and quality teams during customer escalations
• Create key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of new tests
