Senior Software Engineer - HPC

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the mission of improving HPC infrastructure, working with a team of skilled engineers to build and manage sophisticated infrastructure for business critical services and AI applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in design, implementation, and delivery of large engineering projects
• Proficiency in at least two of Golang, Java, C/C++, Scala, Python, Elixir
• Experience in crafting horizontally-scalable, resilient systems
• Proficiency in cloud computing and at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong work ethic and passion for problem-solving
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Design highly available and scalable systems for HPC clusters
• Evaluate new technologies as the landscape evolves
• Improve infrastructure provisioning and management using automation
• Support a globally distributed, multi-cloud environment
• Ensure operational excellence and Quality of Service to users
• Participate in team's on-call rotation for service incidents
