Senior ASIC Power Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Power Engineer to design hardware accelerators and processors on next-generation platforms impacting various industries.

Requirements

• BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in processor or high performance designs
• Expertise in SystemVerilog or similar HDL
• Solid understanding of physical design and VLSI
• Good communication skills
• Background in computer architecture

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative HW, GPU, and system designs to extend performance and efficiency
• Understand design and implementation, develop power metrics, and drive power reductions
• Execute and deliver verified, high-performance, area, and power-efficient RTL
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and verification teams
