Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior-Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to lead the architecture definition and design of CMOS high-speed interface circuits and mixed-signal circuits.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of design experience in CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit
• Working knowledge of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulator, timing analysis tool
• Exceptional teammate with good interpersonal skills
• Experience in Verilog, Matlab, Nanotime is helpful

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of versatile mixed-signal design team
• Create projects including high speed I/Os and high frequency PLLs
• Lead mask designers and provide mentorship for floorplan and layout design
• Support lab characterization of silicon and pursue challenges of circuit design in deep submicron CMOS
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams
