Senior Memory Controller Verification Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Memory Controller Verification Engineer to work on Tegra SoCs and collaborate with the design team on various product lines.

Requirements

• BS / MS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on ASIC verification experience
• Prior experience with dynamic memory controllers
• Exposure to design and verification tools like VCS
• Background in System Verilog and UVM methodology

Responsibilities

• Partner with the design team to make implementation choices
• Craft and implement verification test plans
• Maintain regressions and close coverage
• Collaborate with memory controller designers and DRAM vendors
• Verify correctness of the design
• Work on post-silicon verification and debug
