Senior SRAM Engineer, Circuit Design

Job Description

This job is for a Senior SRAM Engineer within the Full Custom Memory (FCM) team at NVIDIA, focusing on designing specialized RAM implementations across a wide array of processing chips.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of circuit design experience
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Shell
• Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques
• Familiarity with industry tools like Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE simulators

Responsibilities

• Design best-in-class SRAM circuits using state-of-the-art technology processes
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power
• Collaborate with mask designers for high-quality layout
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness
• Improve/develop flows and methodologies for design automation
