Senior Firmware Architect - Server Manageability

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Firmware Architect for Server Manageability to design, implement, and deliver innovations focusing on GPU-based AI servers.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in Firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms
• Solid experience in delivering high-end enterprise servers
• Experience with low-level interfaces like I2C/SPI/PCIe/JTAG
• Experience with industry standard APIs such as Redfish, OpenBMC, DMTF PLDM/MCTP, and OCP standards
• Proficiency in C/C++ development and scripting with bash/python
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 8 years of experience with strong individual contribution

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver innovations for managing GPU-based AI servers
• Lead design for server manageability and security
• Design system-level solutions for complex hardware and firmware interactions
• Contribute to open standards and drive a global team of firmware developers
• Collaborate with security and hardware teams for code and design alignment
• Work with QA/Test architects to develop test tools and automation for system software and firmware stack
