Senior Synthesis Flow CAD Engineer

Job Description

Join NVIDIA's chip design methodology team to architect highly automated design flows and support CAD programs for semiconductor products.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience with 3+ years of CAD experience; MS preferred
• Familiarity with Verilog, ASIC design, and commercial EDA tools
• Software engineering experience with software design, algorithms, data structures, testing
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, Tcl, C/C++, logic synthesis, physical design, formal equivalence checking

Responsibilities

• Architect automated design flows using modern software engineering methodologies
• Build flows for industry-leading chip designs
• Design, implement and test CAD programs
• Evaluate design implementation and analysis tools
• Provide support for ASIC tools and flows
• Assist chip design teams with advanced implementation tasks
