Application Development Engineer (E)

Job Description

Application Development Engineers at KLA are responsible for product development, customer support, and use-case demonstrations of semiconductor reticle inspection products.

Requirements

• BS/ MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Science/Engineering, or Physics or related studies
• 0 years related work experience for Master's Level Degree or 2 years related work experience for Bachelor's Level Degree

Responsibilities

• Characterization of next generation semiconductor reticle inspection products
• Product value demonstration during beta testing and tools in the ramp phase
• Investigating semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and providing inspection solutions
• Creating & sharing product value statements and use-cases
• Conducting new tool demonstrations to showcase performance
• Worldwide travel (on average 10-60%) to support inspection products at customer sites
