Job Description

KLA is looking to build their Algorithm Engineering talent community for future opportunities. Algorithm Engineers play a crucial role in developing image processing, defect detection, and optimization algorithms.

Requirements

• Academic background in Image Processing, Computational Imaging, or Computer Vision
• Practical experience with Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence for images
• Proficiency in prototyping algorithms using MATLAB or Python, and implementing algorithms in C++ under Linux
• Familiarity with Linear and Nonlinear Optimization techniques, CUDA/GPU Programming frameworks, and Data Analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing novel image processing, defect detection, and optimization algorithms
• Evaluate and implement deep learning and other innovative approaches to enhance existing algorithms
• Collaborate with software and computer groups to design and implement data management and model training flows
• Generate creative ideas, develop proof-of-concepts, integrate algorithms into production code, and work in global project teams
