Application Development Engineer (E)

Job Description

Application Development Engineers are core to KLA's technology, responsible for product development, customer support, and use-case demos for semiconductor inspection products.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of work experience
• Master's Level Degree with 6 years of work experience
• Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Science/Engineering, Physics, or related studies

Responsibilities

• Characterization of next generation semiconductor reticle inspection products
• Product value demonstration during beta testing and ramp phase
• Investigating semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and providing inspection solutions
• Conducting new tool demonstrations and developing use cases
• Worldwide travel required to support inspection products at customer sites
