Optical Engineer (E)

Job Description

Optical Engineers are core to KLA’s technology, troubleshoot and refine optics modules and manufacturing processes for complex deep-UV imaging systems.

Requirements

• MS in Optical Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics
• Solid understanding of Optics theory
• Experience with design software (CodeV, Zemax)
• Practical experience with statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures, test fixtures, specifications
• Train manufacturing, service, suppliers, and other engineers on optics build, alignment, and test processes
