Customer Engagement Applications Engineer

Job Description

KLA is seeking candidates with engineering or related backgrounds to join their Customer Engagement team. The role involves working closely with customers to provide technical solutions for improved yield performance.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field
• Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining strategic client relationships
• Identifying and closing sales opportunities
• Ensuring products meet performance capabilities & expectations
• Providing critical solutions for improved yield performance
• Collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends
