Job Description

KLA is looking for a research scientist/engineer to design precision components for ultra-high vacuum systems, focusing on motion systems for reticle inspection tools.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years work experience in 3D solid modeling
Background in the design of mechanisms
Experience in opto-mechanical systems and other related areas

Responsibilities

Design precision components, modules, and subsystems for ultra-high vacuum systems
Drive requirements specification and conduct various analyses
Manage system installations and integration activities on-site
