Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer - Craftsmanship to ensure the sensory experience and design execution of their products meet the brand's promise.

Requirements

4 Year Technical degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years equivalent experience
High aptitude for overall appearance/function
Critical eye for detail
5+ years experience in Craftsmanship at O.E.M. or Tier 1 supplier
Experience with Root Cause analysis Processes
Ability to Lead Cross Functional Teams
Proficiency in software like Excel and JIRA
Basic knowledge of CATIA and GD&T
Ability to operate a vehicle and travel

Responsibilities

Ensure Static and Dynamic attributes deliver highest level of Vehicle Craftsmanship
Interact with various teams to establish Root Cause Analysis and define trends
Conduct daily audits and leadership status review
Drive issue resolution from discovery through validation/closure
