Staff Engineer, Systems Engineering Process

Job Description

Rivian is looking for a Systems Process Engineer to shape systems engineering processes through ownership of tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering degree, Masters preferred
• 5-10+ years experience in Systems Engineering and Product Development
• Excellent communicator
• Highly organized
• Experience with scripting and API’s
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools

Responsibilities

• Ownership of systems engineering initiatives
• Define and drive new workstreams based on stakeholder conversations
• Design and implement process improvements with stakeholder buy-in
• Help drive adoption in processes through training and workshops
• Developing best practices and documentation
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position
