Engineering Project Manager - Software Beta Program

Job Description

Join Apple's Software Beta Program team to work on collecting and processing customer feedback for software releases, interacting with various teams, and driving high-impact issues for the best possible releases.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Ability to debug hard problems and conduct root cause analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Directly contacting external customers, internal program management, and engineering teams
• Monitoring pre and post-release public feedback to identify new issues
• Reporting on seeding programs progress, assessing incoming feedback, and project status
• Supporting development of seeding program tools
• Investigating issues reported by outside users through test reproduction, debugging, and diagnostics analysis
• Reviewing bugs and working with engineering teams to prioritize response
• Identifying trends and insights from complex data
