Job Description

Apple is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes for high volume reverse logistics, mail-in repair, and screening operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years experience working as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer in a high volume electronics manufacturing/repair operation
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally (~10% of time)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes for reverse logistics, mail-in repair, and screening operations
• Collaborate with AppleCare teams to coordinate processes and procedures for new and existing products
• Estimate logistics process cost and impacts, determine time standards, HC requirements, and recommendations for tooling, equipment, and process requirements
