Camera & Photos Performance Automation Engineer

Job Description

Apple is looking for a Camera & Photos Performance Automation engineer to ensure automation tests and infrastructure run smoothly and deliver the best Camera and Photos applications to users worldwide.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle, test methodologies, tools, and passion for quality
• Experience in writing test plans and automating test cases
• 1-5 years experience developing in Python and/or Swift
• Good software debugging skills on iOS and macOS

Responsibilities

• Learn performance metrics, triage and analyze results, and file performance bugs
• Work closely with engineering team to help debug and validate performance optimization
• Develop robust and reliable performance automation for new upcoming features
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team consisting of Software QA, Software Engineering, and Performance Engineering
