Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Quality Control
• Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations
• Experience with measurement systems, project management, and problem-solving tools
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate design and processes
• Develop quality inspection tools and measurement technologies
• Compile and evaluate data for process and part specifications
• Lead activities to balance quality with scalable yields
• Coordinate Quality Engineering functions for a program
• Evaluate and communicate yields of processes
• Drive corrective actions multi-functionally
