Sr. Legal Counsel - Software Products

Job Description

Apple is seeking an enthusiastic technology lawyer to join their Software Products Legal Group, supporting Apple's iOS product groups with legal expertise and advice.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience at a technology company, leading law firm, or government agency
• Experience advising on intellectual property, trust and safety, content moderation, or data privacy
• Experience developing global compliance strategies for new regulations
• Experience structuring, negotiating, or analyzing agreements for technology transactions
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Responsibilities

• Support and advise Apple's engineering, product marketing, and operations teams on various matters related to Apple products
• Uphold Apple's ethical and corporate standards, defend intellectual property, and provide critical legal support for software products and businesses
• Work collaboratively within the broader legal team supporting Apple's products and services
