Job Description

The Site Reliability and SecOps Engineer role at Apple involves working closely with multi-functional teams to implement security solutions that safeguard services and systems from security threats in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Security, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundation in programming language (Java) or scripting (Python / Bash / LUA)
• Proficient in Linux, Networking concepts (TLS/SSL, DNS, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting in large scale environments
• Skilled in cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP, container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Hands-on experience in one or more databases (Relational / NoSQL like Oracle, MongoDB)
