Job Description

As a Battery Cell Engineer at Apple, you will lead engineering design and qualification efforts for new lithium rechargeable cell designs from concept to completion.

Requirements

• BS degree
• Experience with battery materials and cell design development

Responsibilities

• Develop performance specifications and cell design details required to meet application requirements
• Work with suppliers, support staff, and management to ensure timely development of new product designs
• Conduct investigations and prepare status reports for problems or issues
• Research advanced technologies for next-generation cell design
• Develop intellectual property to protect technology developments
