Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
• Experience with industry standard synthesis, PnR, and STA tools
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Tcl, Python, or Perl
• Expertise in CAD flow or PD methodology development

Responsibilities

• Participating and leading cross-functional teams to solve key technology definition and design challenges
• Exploring various technology questions and knobs to maximize PPA
• Collaborating with CAD teams to create flows for future technology
• Collaborating with other disciplines such as physical design verification, RC extraction, IR, and STA
