Sr Engineering Program Manager - ASE iCloud Security

Job Description

Apple is seeking an experienced Security engineering program manager for the Apple Services Engineering (ASE) organization to contribute to the security hardening of services and infrastructure that power Apple’s products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project and/or program management experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in project management or security engineering
• Familiar with SW & server delivery, reliability, security, privacy, and other compliance review workflows
• Collaborative engagement and technical empathy for engineers
• Experience as a project lead with the ability to meet deadlines and influence multiple collaborators
• Proven record in defining processes, key metrics, and executing on them
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to build, maintain, and improve critical cloud services at scale
• Influence and partner in defining and implementing standard processes to improve operational security and privacy efficiency
• Review business requirements, ensure clarity, and establish expectations for services
• Develop and execute processes, frameworks, metrics, project plans, and define scope, schedule, deliverables, and resources
• Facilitate focused concise status and program operations
• Advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Drive maturity programs with cross-functional organizations and teams to improve the software development lifecycle process
