Job Description

Apple is seeking a FileMaker development lead to drive day-to-day operational excellence and support various business partners.

Requirements

• 5 years of project management, preferably in an agile system
• FileMaker development experience in relationship diagrams and scripting
• Experience with setting up and configuring multiple FileMaker servers
• Experience with programming database-driven websites, preferably with PHP
• Hands-on experience to troubleshoot production support issues
• Experience in partnering with teams both internal and external
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific discipline or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with team members and business stakeholders
• Triage support issues and assign them to appropriate team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve support issues
• Handle multiple support issues simultaneously with changing priorities
• Take the lead in planning and implementing new initiatives
• Establish relationships with various business collaborators
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and run critical operational metrics effectively
