Apple Support College Advisor position providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for various Apple products.

Requirements

• Enrolled through December of 2027 or later in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, desk
• Hard-wired internet connection with specific speed requirements
• Available for training and subsequent weekly hours
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
• 2.7 GPA

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide step-by-step solutions with patience and tailored approach
• Fix technical issues while ensuring an incredible customer experience
• Be the friendly voice of Apple as customers' first point of contact
• Listen to customers, use technical expertise, creativity, and troubleshooting flow to meet customer needs
