Apple Support College Advisor position providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for Apple products.

Requirements

• Enrolled through December of 2027 or later in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, desk
• Hard-wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
• Available for five weeks of full-time paid training during the summer and to work 20 weekly hours post-training
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training

Responsibilities

• Provide step-by-step solutions with patience and tailored approach to each customer
• Fix technical issues while delivering an incredible customer experience
• Listen to customers and use technical expertise, creativity, and troubleshooting flow to meet their needs
• Training to become the best Apple Support College Advisor
