Requirements

• Enrolled in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quiet home workspace with necessary equipment
• Hard-wired internet connection with minimum speed requirements
• Available for full-time paid training during the summer
• Able to work 20 weekly hours post-training
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment and training
• 2.7 GPA

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and technical support
• Troubleshoot technical issues with Apple products
• Listen to customers and use technical expertise to meet their needs
• Train to become proficient in Apple product troubleshooting
