As an Apple Support College Advisor, you will provide world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for various Apple products.

Requirements

• Enrolled through December of 2027 or later in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, desk
• Hard-wired internet connection with minimum speed requirements
• Available for training and work schedules
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Successful completion of assessments and background checks

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide step-by-step solutions
• Explain technical issues with patience and tailored approach
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Listen to customers and use technical expertise for issue resolution
